I purchased a 1958 Cadillac Model 62 four-door hardtop - a very original, unrestored car from the folks at Benchmark in August of 2008. I have been buying cars for the last 50 years and dealing with the folks at Benchmark was the most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had. When doing the deal it was discovered that an error was made in posting the price of the car. The owner, Justin Cole, was very up front about the problem and he honored the price at considerable cost to them. Also at the time of the purchase the people at Benchmark noted there was a slight misalignment of the roll down windows on the passenger side. They took the time to remove the inside door panels and adjusted it at no cost. I have the utmost trust and confidence in the folks at Benchmark to make any restorations and/or repairs to my '58 Cadillac based upon my dealing with them.

It was a weekend when my wife and I stopped by to look at Benchmark Classic cars but the doors were locked for the day. We decided to window shop. While doing so a sales associate noticed us and re-opened the showroom, turning all of the lights back on. Even though it was after hours the sales associate took his time and let us walk the entire showroom, and what a showroom they had! At no time did we feel pressured into buying anything. In talking with the sales associate we could see his love for classic cars. He had invited us back to talk with Justin, one of the three co-owners. When I met Justin I felt like I had known him for years. Justin had given me some of his history and life-changing experiences that led to where he is now. This kind of treatment was relaxing and instrumental in my decision to purchase an investment car from Benchmark Classics. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a classic to stop by and just walk through the showroom. You will feel welcome from the minute you walk in.

Justin; Thanks for the speedy reply. You obviously have a strong passion for your business and clients. I now have no concerns about buying a vehicle from you site unseen. "Boss Mustang or Shelby" priced right, but near perfect #1, or 2+ condition car. Show only (#1) / show with seldom drives (2+)....as a comparison the Camaro is an even #2 car. My mistake on the option vs. period correct add-on, not my guys. I take full responsibility and apologize. Ferrari has no such add-ons at Parts departments so it is all new to me, but that is no excuse. The fellow is well versed in Camaro details, has both books you refer to, and is a judge at the Camaro Nationals. I simply misunderstood. My bad. There were a few ultra-rare 68 and 69 camaros factory built with the option...on the camaro web-site, too Thanks very much. The car is awesome. Apparently so's the business you are running. Kindest.

WOW! You and your guys have made it possible for me to give Tammy a gift that is out of this world. I totally underestimated how much she would love this.She is exstatic about it. She has driven it all over. The first night was a family drive to Culvers and then she had to cruise down town Waunakee. Just like she did when she was 16. The difference is we had 3 people comment on how awesome the car is.Since then she is batting 1000 that when she is out with it she is getting comments, thumbs up, etc.Thanks again for making this the most special gift I have ever given. The extensive photos and a very complete verbal description from Justin Cole were spot on. I am very pleased with the straightforward and honest description and details that Justin provided.
